A travers le massage somatique guidé en duo Wuo Tai; qui inclus l'eveil de fascias, nous explorons l'incarnation en laissent le movement éclore dans un paysage sonore, il mûrit en un danse Contact Improvisation profondement racinée. Avec un temps pour partager.

Dimanche 5 avril : 17h-19h 'Slow Rave' Une proposition de Peter Player (Grand Reunion queer group, Berlin) Mettez un morceau de musique proposé et commencez où vous voulez. Il peut être agréable de commencer doucement, allongé·e sur le sol, en respirant. Commencez par un mouvement lent et continu ; une fois commencé, ne vous arrêtez pas. Bougez au sol, en vous soulevant et en vous étirant. Utilisez des transferts de poids qui vous permettent de vous déplacer lentement dans l’espace. Utilisez la spirale, la torsion dans votre colonne vertébrale, et dans tout votre corps, souvent et lentement. Regardez-vous, voyez-vous : voir, c’est être vu. De temps en temps, posez-vous la question : « À quel point est-ce lent ? »

'Slow Rave' - Something for your Soul
A proposition by Peter Player (Grand Reunion, Berlin Queer group) Put on one of the (proposed) music tracks and start anywhere or It could be nice to start low, lying on the floor, breathing. Begin with continuous slow motion, when you started you do not stop. Moving in and out of the floor. Use weight shifts which allow for travel through space – slowly. Use the spiral, the twist, in your spine, in your whole body, often – slowly. Look at each other – see each other – seeing is being seen. Biography : Carey Initially studied Fine Art at Camberewell college London and Canterbury college Kent. UK. under the sculptor Sir Antony Caro. Following a series of performances with sculpture & fabric trapeze. Carey then focused on dance and bodywork, essentially through Butoh dance and Body Weather, (Lindsey Kemp, Min Tanaka &; Mai Juku members, Masaki Iwana, Tetsuro Fukuhara, Sumako Koseki and Carlotta Ikeda, Atsushi Tekanuchi) in Europe and in Japan. Since 2000 studied also Contact Improvisation and Improvisation with : Yann L`heureux, Emmanuelle Grivet, Félix Rukert, Kirstie Simpson, Daniel Lepkopff, Nancy Stark Smith, Claire Filmon, Stuart Phillips… Parallel studies in Yoga : Ashtanga (Caroline Boulanguez &; Gerald Disse) Vinyasa (Yvon Lebbihi & Gerard Arnaud) Yin (Biff Mithoefer) Kundalini (Jai Dev) Acro Yoga (Jason Nemmer Pau Castellegue…) Thai Massage (Yohann Guichard) Wuo Tai (Roland Combes)and Kalarippayatt (Krishnadas) Vipassana meditation & Tantra in India, Thailand and France. Formed Group Deep Contact 2012 produit 5 choreographies. Has collaborated with other artists & musicians, which include more than 20 solos. Founded Studio Keller in 2010-2018 with Fabienne Menjucq. Present research is in developing ‘Deep Contact’- Contact Improvisation, with influence from Butoh, various Massage and Yoga.
